Computer Science 6 at BTW
The Chair of Computer Science 6 was well represented at the 21st Conference on Database Systems for Business, Technology, and the Web (BTW). With three research papers, a demo, and two workshop papers, we were proud to present some of our current research to an interested audience.
The BTW took place from March 3rd to 7th, 2025 in Bamberg.
On Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, Tobias Hahn presented the results of the DFG project ReProVide at the demo session.
The demo, titled ReProVide: Query Optimization and Near-Data Processing on Reconfigurable SoCs for Big Data Analysis even won the Best Demo Award!
On Thursday, March 6th, 2025, Leo Köberlein (Session Research 4: Machine Learning 1), Jan-Lucas Deinhard, and Lucas Weber (both Session Research 6: Time Series and Use Cases) had the opportunity to present their research papers.
